    One Piece Episode 517 Time Skip

    YAY! It’s finally here! Alright, so I just watched the episode and it was awesome. It was cool seeing all the new character designs. There were some big changes and little changes. Franky had a complete over haul and if you didn’t notice Sanji’s right eye is covered while his left eye now shows with his curly on the inside and not the outside. Mean while Zoro has completely lost an eye and Luffy bears a scar across his chest. I loved seeing the crew coming back together… It’s about time! It was such a long wait :D
    I liked the new opening song, very upbeat. The sequence where we see Gol D. Roger, then Shanks, and last Luffy wearing the infamous straw hat was a nice touch. LOL, seeing Boa talking about marrying Luffy and him turning her down flat. Funny stuff (^.^) Sanji’s reaction to seeing "Women! Real Ones!" was damn funny too and it had me rolling, "I Need LADY!" Hahahaha! The false Straw Hat crew made their appearance and they are just as gross as they were in the manga. Irritating false crew, I can’t wait to see them get whats coming to them XD  (Side note, the false crew has the seiyuu of the original crew only mixed up - Sanji’s voice is false Luffys and so on.) Nami’s and Usopp’s reunion was nice to see. They’re not weaklings anymore. And Luffy has a run in with false Luffy, I can’t wait for next weeks episode!

    Well you really summed it up nicely for all of us Kirsten. And I must agree that I was eagerly awaiting this episode. I can’t wait for everyone to see how badass the crew is now.

    And that was rather clever of them to use the same voice actors just mixed up. It’s a nice touch.

    Dammit. Now the wait for every episode feels even longer.

    I just thank the lord they didn’t slip in ultra filler before the time skip.

    Yeah, I’m glad we didn’t get a whole arc of filler. I think that they did a good job of stretching out the episodes with the crew. It didn’t feel like forced filler and that is something that One Piece is pretty good at doing.

    the next few episodes should be really good as we get to see the new crew more, looking forward to seeing zoro fight but im guessing the fake drew wont be much of a match for any of the crew members they face lol

    Yeah, I’m looking forward to the episode when we finally see all 9 crew members together again. It’s been 2 years since we’ve seen them in an episode at the same time.

    damn it i was like screaming when each of the character came out..xD
    Luffy being the boss of the island is win, usopp got his body pumped up but is still an idiot xD and loled at zoro being the first one showing up when he always get lost..

    cant wait to see when they meet each other again and come up with their funny act xD

    Well at least the wait is over and we all eagerly waiting the reunion of the Straw Hat Crews. Im just looking forward on Sanji’s reaction when he saw the new look of Nami and Robin which he’s dieing to see it ever since he’s training.

    It was awesome I can’t wait till next week and since I’ve yet to read the manga first time seeing them grown up.
