Give me a paper

And conquered all humanities flaws
I spit with a raw
Like angry fiends cursing the law
I’m that and I’m more
Born with a poetic piece at the jaw

A pen to the heart
I’m bleeding words but never depart
Like heaven doesn’t want me
And hell is trying hard to corrupt me
If my past ever finds me
Then my future is very unlikely

My present’s a myth
Covered in joy
Disguised as a gift
Passed by the hand looking shaky
Barren
Born of the abyss

What should I live for?

I’m like a simile lost in a poem
A metaphor riding a rhythm
Trying to find its way back home
A home that is broke
Broken
Clinging on a broken version of hope

There is no paper
There is no pen
There is but a thought impure

So I turned
Took my shadow by the hand
And eloped
