You may know me as that one annoying member who compulsively comments on nearly every new anime when it premieres. Well, yeah. I’m that girl. I’m 17 and live in a nice suburb outside of Los Angeles (and for those of you who live in California, I actually live closer to the Long Beach area).
Funny story. I used to think that anime was stupid and kinda weird since all the people I knew that were into it were the really obsessed types. One day though, my "less obsessed" friend challenged me to read one of her manga books. Well, finished it in one day, and the rest is history.
Beside that though I was somewhat interested because of the fabulous-ness that is Studio Ghibli. Which leads to the fact that I am aspiring artist; in fact, I plan to major in illustration when I enter university in 2012.
